Michelle Romero, manages the progress of your project, schedules inspections and keeps you informed of when things are going to happen. She helps organize all of our employees to avoid conflicts, and she schedules subcontractors to show up in a timely manner to continue the process of building your swimming pool.
Then there is the finance department. Which keeps the books and records up to date so that we stay in good standing with all the subcontractors and banks. We are listed with Dunn and Bradstreet, if you care to check our financial stability. We pay out subcontractors every Friday, like clockwork, so it's little wonder that when we schedule work to be done, the subcontractors know that if they get the work completed quickly and submit their bills to Royal Pools in finance, they will get paid that Friday.

The old saying "money talks" is true with regard to construction. After excavation, steel, and plumbing are installed, your first payment is due. We don't take money up front, and we don't think it is appropriate to ask for any money from you until we perform our work. The second payment is due after the gunite is installed, and the third payment is upon completion of tile and masonry. You then pay your sub-contractor deck man directly when his work is complete. When the pool is plastered, the plaster payment is due. |
