It's important for you to remember that after the phases of construction are completed by our sub-contractors, then Royal Pools' field superintendents check the work to ensure the quality and integrity that we have been able to maintain for over 30 years. Frank Balmaceda, Ignacio, and Willie inspect our jobs and trouble shoot any problems that may arise.
This procedure has been followed for years by Royal Pools, and is known to our sub-contractors. It's not about a lack of trust -- it's about handling business professionally. We know that people can make mistakes. If we find a mistake has been made, we want it corrected before an inspection is made and before any further work is scheduled.
And of course there is our president, BILL, who has the knowledge and experience to wear many hats when it comes to making sure the company functions smoothly.
Not only does he manage the scheduling, drafting, finance and construction departments, but he keeps he keeps a close eye on the sales department too.
Often you will find him in the office talking on the phone to a prospective customer, or showing customers around the display when they drop by our Camden Avenue office.
If there are any problems that come up, BILL or BRIAN always make themselves available to our customers to find a quick and fair solution. |
